The Intermediate Player of the Year rules

The Competition is open to Club Members who have less than 500 Masterpoints at 1 January 2025.

The winner of the title will be the player with the most masterpoints earned at the Club between 1 January and 30 November 2025 from participation in Open (unlimited masterpoint) games, excluding Club Championships.

A member may play with different partners - points are totalled individually.

Enhancements to masterpoints from games entered in STaC, District or other ACBL-wide events will be disregarded.

The Tournament Director shall oversee the competition and his decision shall be final in the event of any matters referred to him in relation to this competition, and he may modify the rules if circumstances change in order to maintain the spirit of the competition.
