The Junior Player of the Year rules

The Competition is open to Club Members who have less than 50 Masterpoints at 1 January 2024.

The winner of the title will be the player with the most masterpoints earned at the Club beteen 1 January and 31 December 2024 from participation in the regular Tuesday evening (limited) games, together with the Novice Pairs and Junior Pairs Championship events

A member may play with different partners - points are totalled individually

Enhancements to masterpoints from games entered in STaC or District events will be disregarded.

The Tournament Director shall oversee the competition and his decision shall be final in the event of any matters referred to him in relation to this competition, and he may modify the rules if circumstances change in order to maintain the spirit of the competition.
